Booking terms

These terms cover booking a Discovery Call through this site with Specter Labs Ltd ("we").

What you're booking

A free 45-minute Discovery Call on Zoom, to talk about where your studio's week goes. It costs nothing and you don't commit to anything by booking or joining it. Any paid work, including its price, what's delivered and any guarantee, would be set out in a separate written proposal.

Who it's for

This site is for businesses, and for people booking in the course of their business, including sole traders. Please give accurate details, and book only for yourself or with your colleagues' agreement.

Your booking and reminders

Your booking is confirmed when we email you the invite and the Zoom link. If that email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder or contact us. We'll send an email reminder the day before, and text reminders if you gave us your mobile.

Moving, cancelling or missing the call

To move or cancel, reply to your confirmation email or decline the calendar invite. There's no charge. If you miss the call, reply and we'll offer you another time. If we need to move your call, we'll tell you as soon as we can and offer you another time.

On the call

What we say on the call is general discussion, not professional, legal or financial advice. Any figure we mention, such as hours a week saved, is a talking point and not a promise. Any guarantee applies only as set out, with its conditions, in a written proposal. Our Privacy notice explains how we use your details, including how calls are transcribed and processed by AI.

Liability

The call is free, so we aren't liable for any loss if it's moved, cancelled or can't go ahead. Nothing in these terms limits anything the law doesn't allow us to limit, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction.
